Your comfort, safety, and ability to fully participate in our event are very important to us. In partnership with our ADA accessibility consultants, our team has thoughtfully developed a range of accommodations and accessibility options to support attendees during the in-person event.

We are committed to providing an inclusive environment and will make reasonable accommodations whenever possible. If you have questions, specific access needs, or would like to discuss an accommodation in advance, please reach out to our team so we can address your needs as promptly as possible.

 Please note that the book signing area will be located in a space with thicker carpet than other event areas. Attendees using mobility devices, including wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, or canes, may wish to plan accordingly, as thicker carpeting can require additional effort to navigate. Our team will be onsite to provide assistance where possible, and we encourage you to reach out in advance if you have questions or would like to discuss specific access needs related to this area of the event. 

The Gaylord Pacific offers ADA-compliant guest rooms designed to support a range of accessibility needs. These rooms include features intended to enhance comfort and usability for guests with disabilities.

ADA-accessible rooms are limited and subject to availability. We encourage attendees who require an accessible room to request one directly with the Gaylord Pacific at the time of booking and to confirm that the room features meet their specific needs.

ADA-compliant restrooms are conveniently located near the conference center for attendee use. These facilities are designed to support accessibility needs and are available throughout the duration of the event.

To support a smooth and accessible arrival experience, a dedicated ADA accommodations check-in line will be available at event registration. Attendees who have requested accommodations through the pre-event survey may use this line for assistance during check-in.

ADA-identifying lanyards will be provided to attendees who have opted in through the survey to help our onsite staff quickly recognize and support access needs throughout the event. Participation is optional, and our team is committed to respecting attendee privacy while providing assistance as needed.

If you have questions or require accommodations that were not included in the survey, please speak with a registration team member upon arrival.

The venue offers ample ADA-designated parking spaces within the parking garage, located near accessible entrances to the conference areas. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with venue guidelines.

For attendees using rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft, a designated accessible drop-off and pick-up location will be available to support easier arrival and departure. Detailed directions and maps, including accessible routes, will be shared with attendees closer to the event date.
