This FAQ section is designed to provide helpful information about attending the event, including tickets, schedules, venue details, accessibility, and onsite experiences.

Yes, a limited room block has been secured at the Gaylord Pacific for paid ticket holders of the Ravens Spicy Reads Event. Access to the hotel room block and booking link will be provided after ticket purchase and is subject to availability.

We encourage attendees to book early, as the room block is limited.

 We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible event experience. Detailed information about ADA accommodations—including accessible parking, registration support, restrooms, mobility access, and onsite assistance—can be found on our ADA Accessibility page 

  Yes. A full schedule of events, including session times, author appearances, and onsite programming, is available on the Event Schedule page. Please refer to the schedule for the most up-to-date information. 

  Limited free street parking is available near the venue on a first-come, first-served basis and may require a short walk to the resort. The Gaylord Pacific also offers paid self-parking for approximately $45 per day plus tax, as well as valet parking for approximately $65 per day. Paid parking and valet services are not included in the event ticket price.
